Individual Therapy
A safe, supportive space to talk through life’s challenges, better understand yourself, and work toward growth and healing. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, PTSD, depression, life transitions, and relational concerns.
For those who want it, I offer Christian counseling, thoughtfully integrating faith with therapy in a way that feels natural and respectful. Spiritual practices such as prayer or Scripture can be included at your comfort level—faith is always client-led.
Sessions are collaborative and practical, focused on insight, coping tools, and meaningful change.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and better understand one another. Whether you are navigating conflict, life transitions, emotional distance, or seeking deeper connection, therapy can help you move forward together.
For couples who desire it, I offer Christian counseling, integrating faith-based values with therapeutic tools to support healing and growth. Prayer, Scripture, and spiritual reflection may be included at your comfort level and in a way that honors both partners.
Sessions are collaborative and practical, focused on improving communication, resolving patterns of conflict, and fostering a healthier, more connected relationship.
Consultation
Sometimes finding the right fit with a therapist can be a huge barrier, but consultations calls can take some of the pressure off. Feel free to schedule a 15-minute consultation call with me before scheduling an intake if that feels more comfortable.
